All Reservations Include
- Double occupancy accommodations on board the Norwegian Pearl, meals aboard the ship, on-board entertainment, 1 exclusive excursion just for us, a beverage package for each passenger, an exclusive pre-stay party in Seattle including double occupancy hotel accommodations at our official hotel in Seattle the night before boarding the ship. An elegant catered event with music, food and drink the night before departure.
Reservations do NOT include
- This price does not include airfare to or from Seattle, additional gratuity charge of $99 per person and any port taxes and fees. Minimum 2 passengers per booking, in multiples of 2. Single bookings are available by telephone only.
Unfortunately, no. Due to pricing and reservation commitments, all packages are sold "all inclusive". Of course all of the features are optional, but due to the booking process, cannot be eliminated per customer.

$100 per person non-refundable minimum deposit required at booking. All bookings for this trip are double-occupancy.
PAYMENTS
A per person deposit is due to confirm reservation and the amount of this deposit varies by trip or invoice. Fares do not include, additional service charges or insurance payments. Departure Taxes, Visa’s and the like are additional expenses paid by the passenger. 78 Adventures will advise you in getting a VISA if tour requires. Full Payment for your trip is due 100 days prior to departure. Payment to 78 Adventures is limited to cash, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and check only. PRE-TOURS, POST TOURS & UPGRADES may be required to be paid in FULL at the time of reservation.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All advance deposits are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase trip insurance which may cover compensation for trips cancelled due to medical emergency, illness, or other reasons that are out of the customer’s control. After Final Payment is processed a refund may be granted at our consideration, unless otherwise specified for a particular trip. The general guideline for refunds after the final payment are as follows: 100 – 61 days prior – 50% refund; 60 – 31 days prior – 25% refund; within 30 days – NO REFUNDS. Percentages apply to the total cost of the trip. Discounted tours and Big Deals are non-refundable for any reason. These are general cancellation fees, some of our promotions are non-refundable after booking, in which case please see specific notation on advertising and related paperwork.
Items that are non-refundable for any reason, included but are not limited to: Optional tours, Pre/Post tours or activities, travel insurance brokered by us, initial booking deposits, airline fees (baggage, upgrades, seating, etc.), reservation change fees, destination hotel or resort taxes and fees, and mandatory advance gratuities.
